Welcome to my website!
My name is Thomas Noguez, I am an 18-year-old man born and raised in Tampa Florida currently attending Hillsborough Community College. I am a manager at PACSUN at international mall Welcome to my website. I will talk about what makes me and what I will do to become a successful young man.
Information
Currently I am a business management major at HCC. I am honestly looking to transfer before I gain any certification from HCC but I'd I were to stick it out I would wish to obtain my AA degree. I will be taking classes such as Calculus for business, Intro to Macroeconomics and Intro to Microeconomics.
My story
This is my path to become successful, functioning member of society while enjoying what I do every day I do it.
Realistic Thinking
Going to Fall of 2026, I plan on taking my talents to temple terrace and transferring to USF as a sports management major. I wish to graduate with my bachelors in 2029
Wishful Thinking
However, if given the opportunity, I would transfer to FSU as it has been my dream, college since my cousin was a freshman in 2014. I would transfer here for sports journalism as FSU's journalism program.
Passion in Occupation
The occupation I am aiming for is really anything in the sports industry. Sports has been my passion since I was little as I have always been competitive. Preferably, I would want something in the Football, MMA or Basketball. Right now, my program (business management at HCC) can be translated well anywhere, which could help me if I intend to have my own sports business.

About My Occupation
The occupation I am aiming for is really anything in the sports industry. Sports has been my passion since I was little as I have always been competitive. Preferably, I would want something in the Football, MMA or Basketball. My dream is to have a sports show comparable to the Pat MacAfee show as it allows me to be unapologetically myself while talking about sports. I would love to a segmented podcast type of style and be the main guy with cohosts with their own unique expertise's. If not in the journalism area, a role as an NFL scout as I love studying tape on young prospects and in the past, I have had a knack for seeing stars late in the draft (Bucky Irving, Tariq Woolen, Devon Achane.)
Technologies to help
NFL Next Gen Stats (NGS) help NFL scouts by giving them objective, high-precision data that supplements traditional film study and in-person evaluations. Instead of relying solely on subjective assessments, scouts can use tracking data to measure exactly how a player moves and performs. This helps scouts dictate what player types can fit an NFL scheme and yield success in certain systems amongst teams. This helps scouts to know what to look for when making a crucial personnel decision. I would use it to make a call on drafting a prospect or signing a free agent. It will make me much better at my job if I use it correctly since I can get a head start on all of the diamond in the rough prospects.
